CPHI Udayana University Strengthens Service Marketing Strategies to Expand Partnerships
Denpasar – The Center for Public Health Innovation (CPHI), Udayana University, conducted an activity on Strengthening the Service Business Unit and Innovation Utilization Ecosystem of PUI-PT on 31 August 2026. This activity was part of CPHI’s efforts to strengthen the development and marketing of expertise- and research-based services to prospective clients and partners.
As part of its efforts to support institutional sustainability, CPHI has developed the Public Health Survey and Consulting Services Unit as one of its strategic units. The unit provides a range of expertise-based services in public health, epidemiology, surveys, monitoring and evaluation, quality improvement, environmental health, as well as employee health and well-being.
The activity focused on the refinement and go-to-market stage. At this stage, CPHI sought to ensure that its service catalogue would function not only as a document containing information on services and pricing, but also as a marketing tool capable of addressing prospective clients’ needs, highlighting CPHI’s strengths, clearly communicating the benefits of its services, building trust, and creating opportunities for future collaboration.
During the activity, Dewa Gede Mahagita Ananda, S.E. served as the resource person and delivered a presentation entitled “Marketing Strategies for the PUI-PT Udayana University Service Catalogue.” The presentation covered various strategies for professionally marketing services, including the use of supporting tools to create more engaging service presentations, as well as communication strategies for introducing services to prospective clients.
The activity was not limited to presentations and discussions. Participants also took part in a hands-on session, where they practiced packaging one of CPHI’s services using supporting layout and editing tools. Participants then conducted a service marketing simulation as part of strengthening their ability to effectively communicate the value and benefits of CPHI’s services to prospective clients.
