CPHI Udayana University Strengthens Service Readiness through Workshop on Service Pricing and SOP Development

Denpasar – The Center for Public Health Innovation (CPHI), Udayana University, conducted a Workshop on Service Pricing and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development on 26–27 August 2026 at Harris Hotel Residence Sunset Road, Denpasar. The activity was part of the PK-1 Boot Camp GROW 2026 series and aimed to strengthen CPHI’s readiness in delivering survey and consulting services.

The workshop followed a previous stage of service development in which CPHI had prepared an initial service catalogue and preliminary pricing structure based on the applicable Standard Input Costs (Standar Biaya Masukan/SBM), including input from the Indonesian Ministry of Health and agreements on additional services identified through an internal Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The next stage focused on formalizing the service pricing structure, developing service SOPs, and preparing a business plan to support future engagement with prospective service users and partners.

On the first day, 26 August 2026, the workshop focused on the review and finalization of CPHI’s service pricing structure. The CPHI team presented the types of services that had been developed, including the service catalogue, preliminary pricing, and agreed service offerings.

The session continued with a review and validation process involving the Finance Division of Udayana University. Discussions covered the proposed service pricing structure, financial procedures, taxation requirements, and revenue management regulations in accordance with Udayana University’s applicable policies. The results of these discussions provided a basis for finalizing the service pricing structure and preparing a draft Decree on CPHI Service Pricing.

On the second day, 27 August 2026, the workshop focused on the development of service SOPs and a business plan. The CPHI team worked on preparing the minimum SOPs required to support the process of offering services to prospective partners. These SOPs are expected to provide a clearer and more systematic framework for the delivery and management of CPHI’s services.

The team also developed a business plan in the form of a mini collaboration proposal. This document is intended to serve as one of the supporting materials for introducing CPHI’s services and exploring potential cooperation with prospective users and partners. The workshop concluded with a plenary session to finalize the SOPs and business plan and prepare the service catalogue, finalized pricing structure, SOPs, and proposal for the next stage of engagement with prospective service users.

Through this workshop, CPHI aims to establish a validated service pricing structure, recommendations on financial procedures, taxation, and revenue management, a draft Service Pricing Decree, service SOPs, and a draft business plan or collaboration proposal. These outputs are expected to strengthen CPHI’s institutional readiness to professionally offer its survey and consulting services to prospective partners.

As part of the PK-1 Boot Camp GROW 2026, this activity represents an important step in strengthening CPHI Udayana University’s service management and institutional sustainability. With an appropriate pricing structure, clear operational procedures, and well-prepared business planning, CPHI is expected to be better positioned to expand partnerships, promote the utilization of its expertise and innovations, and deliver professional services that respond to the needs of its partners and the wider community.
