Presentation of Community Satisfaction Survey Results Supports Service Quality Improvement at Payangan General Hospital, Gianyar Regency
Gianyar – On 5 September 2026, the Center for Public Health Innovation (CPHI), Udayana University, conducted a Presentation of the Community Satisfaction Survey Results on Health Services at Payangan General Hospital, Gianyar Regency.
This activity formed part of the hospital’s service quality evaluation process by utilizing survey findings to better understand the experiences, perceptions, and level of satisfaction of community members with the services provided by the hospital.
During the presentation, CPHI shared key findings from the survey as a basis for reflection for Payangan General Hospital. The survey results are expected to help the hospital identify aspects of service delivery that have performed well, while also highlighting areas that still need to be strengthened to support continuous quality improvement.
The presentation also provided a forum for discussion on follow-up actions based on the findings and encouraged the use of community satisfaction data as a basis for service improvement. This data-driven approach is important to ensure that service development remains aligned with the needs and expectations of service users.
Through this activity, CPHI Udayana University continues to support efforts to improve the quality of health services through survey implementation, data analysis, and the delivery of evidence-based recommendations.
The survey findings are expected to serve as one of the references for Payangan General Hospital, Gianyar Regency, in strengthening service quality that is responsive, effective, and oriented toward community satisfaction.
